Properties in Goa again seem to be in high demand, even though the state had seen the worst of days in the second wave. A lot of actors and other people are buying properties in Goa. Be it a sea-faced property or a city-side property or any kind of real estate, all of them are in demand right now. 

Be it Bollywood actors, or any film industry, all of them want to move into Goa. The ones who have recently bought real estate in Goa are Akshay Kumar, Priyanka Chopra, Naga Chaitanya and Samantha, Malaika Arora Khan & Arbaaz Khan, Aashka Goradia and Pooja Bedi are amongst the few to name here.  

At Mapusa, Nagarjuna, through his lawyer, has reportedly filed an application for partition before the Inspector of Survey and Land Records (ISLR) office at Mapusa. Now the hearing for this has been scheduled for September. 

The notice has been sent to other co-owners and has been returned and the ISLR Rajesh Pai Kuchelkar has even given a chance to the co-owners to put forth their say in the matter.

Akkineni Nagarjuna, the famous South Indian actor, might soon become a Goa resident, as he has already invested in 6000 sq meters of land in Nerul village situated in Bardez Goa.  

According to sources, the mutation procedure for the land was completed in 2017, and Nagarjuna’s name surfaces in Forms I and IV on the land records.

Born on 29th August 1959, the actor has done various roles and movies throughout his career and is known mainly for his work in Telugu movies. 

He is famously known as Nagarjuna and is a film actor, producer, television presenter, and entrepreneur. He is also known for some of his work in Hindi and Tamil movies.

In 1989, he starred in the Mani Ratnam-directed romantic drama film Geetanjali, which is one of his famous works, and has won the National Film Award for Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment. 

In 2013, he represented the Cinema of South India at the Delhi Film Festival’s 100 Years of Indian Cinema’s celebration, alongside stars like Ramesh Sippy and Vishal Bhardwaj from Bollywood. He is also known to be the president of the non-profit film school Annapurna International School of Film and Media based in Hyderabad.
