The forthcoming holiday weekend will be interesting because some highly anticipated film and television shows will premiere on March 18, 2022. Audiences will be exposed to content from a variety of genres. 

Here is a list of movies and TV shows that will be available on OTT platforms on March 182022.

Apharan Season 2 on Voot

Fans have been waiting for the second season for a long time, and it is finally here. Senior Inspector Rudra Srivastava will be on a new mission this time. While Bikram Bahadur Shahterrorises the RAW, they decide to approach Rudra to handle the case.

Rudra, on the other hand, unexpectedly submits his resignation. Can Rudra persuade him to take up Bikram’s case?  The series stars Arunoday Singh, Mahie Gill, Monica Chaudhary, Nidhi Singh, Varun Badola,Saanand Verma, and others and is directed by Sidharth Sengupta. The second season of ALT Balaji’s popular crime thriller series Apharan will premiere on March 18, 2022.

Jalsa on Amazon Prime Video

The teaser for Jalsa begins with a hint of a ‘story’ that should be pursued ‘right away.’ Vidya appears to be a journalist, while Shefali a mother with a secret to hide. More shots of the rest of the cast are followed by images of Mumbai’s Marine Drive at night and high-tension scenes. Jalsa will be Vidya Balan’s third direct-to digital release on Amazon Prime Video following the Sherni and Shakuntala Devi. Suresh Triveni’s film also stars Shefali Shah, Manav Kaul, Rohini Hattangadi, Iqbal Khan and others. The social thriller drama about societal class differences. The plot revolves around a well known journalist and her chef.

Bloody Brothers on Zee5

Bloody Brothers,’ a gripping tale with hints of dark comedy and thriller, is a tale that puts two brothers’ relationship to the test. When two brothers, Jaggi Grover and Daljeet Grover, become involved in a crime, it threatens to change the course of their lives. ‘Bloody Brothers,’ with leads Jaideep Ahlawat, Zeeshan Ayyub, Tina Desai, and Shruti Sheth is a series that will keep you on the edge of your seat with nail-biting plot twists.

This dark comic drama, directed by Shaad Ali, is reportedly inspired by the British TV series called the Guilt. The plot revolves around two brothers, Jaideep Ahlawat and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, who are diametrically opposed. So, settle in on your couch and prepare to watch an engrossing binge.

Deep water on Amazon Prime Video

Deep Water is a psychological thriller based on Patricia Highsmith’s 1957 novel of the same name. The film’s lead actors are Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas. The plot revolves around the unusual storey of a husband and wife. Ana de Armas, the wife, is allowed to have amany lovers as she wants as long as she does not leave her husband (Ben Affleck).

However, things take a turn for the worse when her lovers begin to die one after the other. On March 18th, an erotic thriller will debut on Amazon Prime Video. Lyne, who has directed films such as Indecent Proposal, Unfaithful, and Fatal Attraction, is returning to directing after a 20-year hiatus with Deep Water.

Human Resources on Netflix

Human Resources is a workplace comedy spin-off of Netflix’s mega hit animated series Big Mouth. Nick Kroll, Andrew Goldberg, Mark Levin, and Jennifer Flackett have created an adult sitcomHuman Resources, like its predecessor, is animated by Titmouse Inc. Human Resources clearly won’t be afraid to peel back the layers of universal issues that people face, with character names like “Hormone Monsters” and “Depression Kitties So, which of these films or television shows are you most looking forward to seeing?
